To help the poor countries of Africa and emerging democracies around the globe in their fight against the SPREAD AND INFECTION of the deadly HIV virus which in turn results into AIDS. We aspire to unite donors, community leaders, service agencies, programs and institutions in order to provide more adequate, efficient and effective charitable, educational, community health and social welfare services for every community included in this corporation's activities. To investigate and ascertain the charitable educational, community health and social welfare needs of the people and communities in the territory included in the corporations activities and to support financially or otherwise, such of the organizations described above as will operate effectively to meet such needs. To provide means of ascertaining from time to time, the kinds of charitable, educational, community health and social welfare services which are needed within the territory included in this corporation's activities, to determine the amount of support, financial and otherwise, which should be given to provide each KIND OF SERVICES, AND ALLOCATE SUCH SUPPORT TO SUCH DETERMINATION. To provide educational programs by which the residents of the territory included in this corporation's activities may be made aware of the charitable, educational, community health and social welfare needs of their communities in order to increase such residents' financial and other support of the organizations endorsing to fill such needs. To cooperate with other private and governmental entities in financing studies of charitable, educational community health and social welfare needs in the territory included in this corporation's activities and in coordinating programs so that these needs may be met more effectively. To conduct educational programs in the territory included in this corporation's activities in order to encourage the responsibility of local citizens for those charitable, educational community health and social welfare services which can be best be provided in and by individual local communities and to re-establish means by which communities can participate fully in providing those services which can best be provided by cooperate efforts at areas, local or other appropriate levels. To
achieve all this, we have affirmed to reach new standards of excellence
in improving health care delivery systems, develop advanced medical
facilities, providing urgently needed medicines and supplies, offering
technical assistance, training, food and other material resources
and management in the combinations appropriate to local needs and
